About Us

- After getting married in Puerto Vallarta on Halloween 2009, we spent 5 months traveling through Japan, China, Thailand, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam, Malaysia, and the Philippines. Instead of jumping back into the real world right away, we drove across the country and spent time with family and friends, and saw all the sites, all across the US. Now we're settled in Austin, TX, and this blog will now serve two purposes; 1) as a memoir of our time here, and 2) to provide tips for those who are newbies to Austin, like us. Enjoy!
